Many of the criminals involved in these horrific acts, known and unknown, have never been brought to justice, and walk freely today. On June 24, 1995 two 8-year-old girls, Julie Lejeune and Melissa Russo, went missing in the province of Liege in Belgium. The police are slow to react. However, the parents quickly mobilize a search.
